How does PUR Home compare to other Brands?

Our natural, non-toxic products use only plant-derived ingredients, are free of dyes, synthetic fragrances, sulfates, and petroleum solvents.  They are biodegradable and are packaged in recyclable containers.  Our Laundry Detergent Container is 100% recyclable.  We never test on animals and are Leaping Bunny Certified.

We believe in full transparency of ingredients and list them on the product page and on the product label.

 

What is Your Shipping Policy?

DUE TO COVID-19 Please allow 21-40 Business Days.

DUE TO AN INCREASE IN ORDERS Please allow 7-40 Business Days to ship your order.  You will receive an email once it has shipped with tracking and carrier information.  If by chance we are out-of-stock of an item, we will shoot you an email with expected stock update and information. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PRODUCTS ARE HANDMADE BY PURHOME AND MAY TAKE ADDITIONAL TIME TO PROCESS.

Who are your Shipping Carriers?

Shipping rates are generated via UPS Parcel Select, UPS Ground or the U.S. Postal Service.  We do not have control over shipping costs and prices are based on total order weight and your location.We will send you an email with carrier information once your order ships.

How do I Return a Product?

Due to COVID-19 we do not accept product returns.

What do I do if I received a damaged product?

If you receive your package with a leaky bottle or a broken trigger sprayer, please contact us at info@pur-home.com or call us at (702) 970-6854 (Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 3:00 pm PST).  Please let us know your name, your order number and the damaged or defective item(s) you received.  We will be happy to replace the item(s)

How do I change or cancel my order?

Cancellations are not allowed.  Please review the TERMS & Conditions before checking the box.  Cancellation is at the discretion of PUR Home Management.  We cannot cancel after product(s) have shipped.  You will have to receive product and ship (own cost), once product is received, refund will be issued.  Email customerservice@pur-home.com prior to returning product.

I listed an Incorrect Address or Items Could not be delivered?

Please make sure that the address listed is the correct and can receive our shipments.  We are not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses and will not resend items unless paid for again.  If it is our error, we will correct it and resend items.

Are your products safe for septic tank systems?

Yes! PUR Home products use natural surfactants that are derived from sustainable plant sources.  All of our products are biodegradable.
